Instead of stepping into the shoes of an epic warrior or an archmage, you will control a simple shoemaker. Thanks to this particular role, the citizens will ask you to tell them where it would be a good idea to improve the city. And you can improve it a lot.
Your village will need houses and tents so that the villagers have a place to sleep, but you will also need bonfires, meeting places, smithies, shops, magic centers and all kinds of buildings. In order to build all of this, of course, you will need money, which you can get by killing enemies or hunting.
Once you get to this point, you will see the 'hack and slash' part of Heldric: The Legend of the Shoemaker. You can control your character, attacking enemies and fighting them in hand to hand combat or using long-distance weapons. However, you won't be controlling a hero, so you have to be very careful when you're fighting.
Heldric: The Legend of the Shoemaker is an excellent combination of genres and they suit it well. In addition, the game is not only long and fun, but it also has excellent graphics.
